Hi, I’m Ching-Ru. I have a soft spot for the invisible parts of creative work, like a font that behaves, a tool that gets out of the way, or a tiny shortcut that makes a long day easier. At justfont (opens in a new tab), I work with type designers where language, design, and software meet.

I’m the person who asks one more question, follows the odd edge case, and gets a little too excited when a complicated system starts to feel simple. I like building things that let other people spend less time wrestling with their tools and more time making things.
